My wife and I recently visited Peru for an amazing 10 days. There are boatloads of articles out there about stuff you should know before visiting Peru. I have compiled another such list containing information that I wish we knew before making our travel plans. We also researched a lot about how we could do Peru in 10 days, and so I am making our itinerary available in a separate post.

I promised here that I would publish our Peru itinerary. Peru has more than enough to offer, for a month long trip. Therefore, the key to a short trip to Peru is to only do a few things and do them well. The 19th-century proverbial phrase “Less is More” couldn’t be truer anywhere else in the world. We can’t wait to go back to Peru someday !! Here’s our itinerary. As an aside, having our itinerary organized and printed out helped me a lot during the lot.
